Companies and Their Types in Islamic Jurisprudence

Abstract

The topic of this research was "Companies and Their Types in Islamic Jurisprudence." Given its significant impact on jurisprudential and economic application, I attempted to clarify some types of companies and their definitions according to jurists and linguists, as well as the legal rulings and limitations of these companies according to the economic approach of Islamic jurisprudence.

This is the effort of a modest person. We ask Allah to forgive us for any errors and grant us the grace of righteousness. I seek forgiveness from Allah Almighty first and last ... and all praise is due to Allah, Lord of the Worlds.
